HOW TO USE Boil the noodles in 400cc (2 cups) of boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Pour in the seasoning powder and oil and stir well. Add the sambal matah (rice paste) and stir thoroughly. Add fried onions as a garnish.
