The Cosmos CM-1279 Hand Mixer is equipped with 2 sets of whisks/stirrers, a beater for light to medium dough such as eggs, cream, cake and a dough hook for medium to heavy dough such as bread, donuts, pizza.
With speed levels 1-5 and a real turbo feature that adds rotation at each speed level (1-5), the Cosmos CM-1279 Hand Mixer is able to mix dough more quickly, evenly and fluffily.
Equipped with a release button for the beater/dough mixer that cannot be removed when mixing dough and a thermostat to protect the motor from overheating so that it is durable for long-term use.
